We offer post construction site clean-up for residential, commercial and industrial construction  sites.  We also offer site clean–up services during a project, picking up once a day or week after the subcontractors are done.

Post construction cleaning means a lot of dust. We clean floors, walls, ceilings, windows, doors, fixtures, HVAC ductwork and much more. There’s lots of lucrative tidying up to be done before the building can be lived in, worked in, or put on the market.  Our job is to make sure a site is camera-ready for occupancy— sanitary and safe.  We’ve got the tools to succeed.  We leave your new construction in move-in ready condition.  Let us! Checklist Construction Cleaning You Can Count On

Just like a Move-In or Move Out we know where to start and have a detailed plan and process.

• Heavy or light cleaning

• We remove construction debris such as loose boards and scraps from the inside of the structure

• Cart away debris to making surfaces sparkle

• Dispose of Industrial Waste

• Sweep floors and prep them for carpet or flooring, mop, buff, and wax

• Wash windows, Opaque door glass and dingy bathroom mirrors

• Power wash exterior walkways

• Dust, clean and shine counters, fixtures and hardware

• We start at the top on overheard fans and high dusting and work our way down to the floors, closets, cabinets and drawers

• We dust light bulbs and fixtures with a soft, dry cloth

• Polish entrances, sanitize bathrooms and take care of furnishings

• Polish door knobs, window frames and light switches with microfiber cloths

• Use soft-bristled paint brushes to dislodge dust from sliding cabinet door tracks

• Refresh Interior Air Networks; HVAC System, change out dirty filters, clean duct work, refresh all registers and vents to air diffusers

• Clean Walls and Baseboards

• Carpets: Use a heavy shop vac and Triple filtration vacuum cleaners to remove ground-in dirt and foreign objects. Follow up with a shampoo and deep-steam cleaning.

3. We ask if we are expected to do a heavy cleaning — to do all the major cleaning in addition to dusting all surfaces and removing all minor debris, stickers and glue from new materials? This business will sink if we don’t make quality our control.
